Glen didn't start in real estate. For years he worked oil and gas as a landman, running title research and contract negotiations for energy companies across Texas. It was technical work, and he was good at it. He learned how to read a contract, how to negotiate when the other side didn't want to budge, and how to keep his head when a deal got messy.
But the work was lonely. He missed talking to real people. He missed helping someone make a decision that actually changed their life. In 2016 he made the move into residential real estate, and he hasn't looked back.
